Ordering & MOQ
Q: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: For perfume bottles, MOQ is typically 20,000 pcs for 100ml and 30,000 pcs for 30ml/50ml. For liquor/spirits bottles, MOQ is 12,000 pcs. Custom projects may have different requirements — contact us for a tailored quotation.
Q: Can I order a small sample batch first?
A: Yes. We offer sample orders of 500–1,000 pcs for quality verification before committing to a bulk order. Sample production typically takes 7–10 days.
Q: Do you accept mixed orders with different designs?
A: Yes, we can produce multiple designs in a single production run, subject to minimum quantities per design. Discuss your requirements with our sales team.
Customization & OEM
Q: Can you customize the bottle shape and design?
A: Absolutely. We have an in-house mold workshop that can create custom molds from your drawings, 3D renders, or sample bottles. Mold development typically takes 15–30 days depending on complexity.
Q: What decoration options do you offer?
A: We offer frosting, silk-screen printing, decal application, hot stamping, laser engraving, PVD coating, and glaze enamel firing. Most decoration processes are done in-house.
Q: Can you match a specific Pantone color for the glass?
A: Yes, we can color-match glass to specific Pantone references. Color samples will be provided for your approval before mass production.
Q: Can you produce matching caps and accessories?
A: Yes. Our subsidiary factories produce metal caps, plastic caps, aluminum caps, cork stoppers, and custom closures. We can also supply shrink film, gift boxes, and display pedestals.
Production & Quality
Q: How many production lines do you have?
A: We operate 42 fully automated production lines and 36 handcraft lines, with a daily output of 800,000 glass bottles.
Q: What quality standards do you follow?
A: Every batch undergoes a multi-point quality inspection covering bottle integrity, cap alignment, neck finish, fill level, label placement, surface finish, and overall appearance. We comply with ISO standards for glass packaging.
Q: Do you provide quality inspection reports?
A: Yes, we provide detailed QC reports for each production batch, including photos and measurements. Third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas) can be arranged upon request.
Pricing & Payment
Q: How do I get a quotation?
A: Send us your design specifications, target quantity, and any special requirements via email or WhatsApp. We will return a detailed quotation within 24 hours, including mold costs if applicable.
Q: What payment terms do you accept?
A: We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment), L/C at sight, and other payment methods. Terms can be discussed for long-term partnerships.
Shipping & Logistics
Q: What shipping methods are available?
A: We ship via sea freight (FCL/LCL), air freight, and express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS). Our logistics team will recommend the most cost-effective option based on your order volume and destination.
Q: What is your production lead time?
A: Standard production lead time is 25–35 days after mold confirmation and deposit receipt. Rush orders may be accommodated depending on production schedule.
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes, we export to North America, Europe, Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa, and beyond. Our products are shipped to over 50 countries.

Q: Where is your factory located?
A: We are located in Yuncheng County, Heze City, Shandong Province, China — a major glass manufacturing hub with excellent logistics connections.
Q: Can I visit your factory?
A: We welcome factory visits. Please schedule at least one week in advance so we can arrange a comprehensive tour of our production lines, mold workshop, and QC facilities.
Q: What certifications do you hold?
A: We hold ISO quality management certification and comply with international standards for glass packaging. Specific certification documents can be provided upon request.
